I feel like I do not sketch as much as I used to. Most of the art classes I have taken so far involve performances or sculpture. I have two sketchbooks that are nearly full and I just recently bought a new one. Unfortunately the last real picture that I consider worthy of signing and dating was done last summer. It is not that I do not like it but I do not think about it sometimes because I am usually busy doing something else. I have started a few sketches but then if they do not feel right to me, I stop and either tear out the page right then and there or save it for another day. I consider a lot of my sketches to be unfinished, because no matter how many times I look at them, there is always something more I could add. Hopefully next quarter I will be able to take the drawing/painting class. I know that it will take a lot of time but in regards to art, this is really where my passion is. As I look through my sketchbook today, there are still quite a few sketches I consider not quite finished yet. Because I usually draw them in pencil, I blur the lines too much that it makes it difficult to erase things. I guess that is why they are sketches and not finished products. Here are some that I often look back on and either change or think about changing for next time:
