Alternate Persona

 For my alternate identity I decided to take on a Steve Irwin-esque character on the UCSB campus. I tried to document it similar to the way most of the Discovery shows do.  I think although many of the people on those shows deal with serious and dangerous situations, they never seem afraid and at most times are pretty cheesy. So, I decided to act this way as well. Unfortunately I did not get much interactions besides the occasional double take and glare. I think people on this campus are just too used to art students doing crazy projects. I honestly did discover a lot of the natural beauty we have surrounding our campus. There were flowers and look-outs that I had never seen until now. It was fun but also pretty difficult to keep up the accent. I've always loved trying to imitate people but I can't do it for long periods of time. I think that my friends just found it annoying after a while. I had to go to a few meetings in all of my attire as well which was interesting since we were discussing somewhat serious matters. It was a fun project though and definitely more interactive than my initial idea.
